Shipping & Delivery Policy – FEMMEXA

Thank you for shopping with FEMMEXA. We are dedicated to providing a seamless delivery experience, both locally and internationally. Please review our shipping timelines and conditions below.


1. Domestic Delivery (Pakistan)

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Major Cities: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch

    • Remote Areas: May take additional time

  • Availability & Confirmation:

    • Delivery time is subject to stock availability and order confirmation via phone or email.

    • You are kindly requested to keep your provided contact number active for smooth communication.

  • During Sale Periods:

    • Order processing and delivery may take longer than usual due to high volume.

  • Important Note:

    • For security and accuracy, we recommend having your order delivered directly to your residential or workplace address.

    • FEMMEXA will not be held responsible for loss or damage if you opt to collect your parcel from courier offices or third-party pickup points.


2. International Shipping

  • Dispatch Time: 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Varies by destination country

  • Important Notes:

    • Once an international order is marked as "in process", it cannot be canceled or refunded.

    • If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept the parcel, all shipment, customs duties, and return charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

    • During sales or promotions, international delivery may take longer than usual.


3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations change. Here's how cancellations work:

  • Prepaid Orders:

    • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

    • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued as store credit or a credit voucher.

  • Orders in Process:

    • Once an order status is marked as “in process”, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.


4. Payment Security

FEMMEXA is committed to secure and verified transactions:

  • In certain cases, payment verification may be required by your bank or payment provider.

  • Our team may reach out via call or email for additional details to prevent fraudulent activity.

🔒 Note: FEMMEXA reserves the right to cancel any order if payment authorization fails or appears suspicious.


5. Delivery Charges

  • Within Pakistan:

    • A flat shipping fee of PKR 200-300 applies to all domestic orders.

    • Free shipping is available for orders above PKR 4,999.

  • International Orders:

    • Shipping rates vary by country, state, and locality.

    • Use the checkout page to view estimated shipping charges (exclusive of taxes/duties).

    • Custom duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier at delivery.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking number.

  • Track your parcel directly on the courier partner’s website.
